OIL CHANGE

Oil Change Procedure::

After receiving notification of an oil change due either it being a vehicle indicator or mileage reminder sticker from the service provider. You will need contact your fleet manager to let them know your vehicle is due for maintenance. Which then the fleet manager will instruct you on the when and where your oil change will be taken care of. We have provide a fleet account at Take5 (Account # MBL-143544) with varies location throughout our working territories. Oil changes are pre-approved but account settings are restricted and any service(s) needed and/or recommended have to be approved by the fleet manager.
