Lakeland Fiber Locating Procedures

  • Never skin or cut a locate wire.
  • If this is done, immediately tape it up and call Neil Cleveland at Lakeland - 813.957.3965
  • Breakpoint will be back charged for repairs, and those repairs may be passed on to the locator. Do not skin or cut wires.
  • Lakeland maps show all hookup locations; these are to be utilized. If they are used and there is a bad signal, call Neil Cleveland at Lakeland - 813.957.3965.
  • EverythingAll Lakeland Fiber should be locatable at 8k512Hz –- if8kHz. If anything higher is required, call Neil Cleveland at Lakeland - 813.957.3965 and let him know, this may indicate there is an issue elsewhere.
