# Tire Repairs

**Only in an emergency, call you nearest Mavis Tire, Midas, Tuffy Tire, Tire Kingdon, Brakes Plus, or NTB.**

# Oil Change

Take5 for all your oil change needs unless other services are needed at same time.

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;"> </span>**ALL OTHER SERVICES RECCOMENDED NEED APPROVAL PER FLEET MANAGER**

If other problems are present we will schedule oil change with other shop/dealership to get it all taken care of at once.

# AUTO REPAIRS

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Report all auto repair concerns to the Fleet Manager in an accordingly time frame. </span>

Repairs that are covered through our warranties will be scheduled accordingly with corresponding dealerships.

<span style="white-space: pre-wrap;">Repairs that are not covered through warranties will be scheduled with closest shop to employee. </span>

We will try to combine services when available such as oil changes, tire repairs, brakes etc.
